The staff were incredibly attentive and always willing to help. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. the location was convenient, offering a free transfer to and from the city and providing easy access to all the main attractions. the spa facilities were amazing, with a sauna, steam bath, heated pool, and jacuzzi.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I enjoyed the fact that the breakfast was included in the price and the food was delicious. the hotel is also located in a convenient area, close to tourist attractions and public transportation. Another advantage that I appreciated was the free transfer service to the airport.
I found the overall ambiance of the hotel to be lacking in holiday spirit. There was no Christmas decoration or festive atmosphere in the lobby or the rooms.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms with plenty of amenities, and the relaxing spa facilities. The sauna and hot Jacuzzi were especially refreshing after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary transportation to the center and a delicious breakfast every morning.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was impeccable. The breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with lovely amenities. The location was also perfect for exploring the city as it was close to key tourist spots. I especially enjoyed the spa facilities, which were an added advantage and made my stay truly relaxing.
Honestly, I couldn't find any major negative aspect about this hotel. While the location was ideal, it was slightly far from the city center, but the hotel offered free transfers to town every evening. The surrounding area was also quiet and peaceful, which could be a plus or minus depending on your preference. I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
